1. Intended Use

Kids Classroom Games is a teacher-directed educational service. It is designed for teachers, educators, parents, and other adults who create or supervise classroom activities.

Students may participate in teacher-led games without creating accounts. Registered accounts are intended for adults who are legally able to accept these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information
• Protecting your password and account access
• Activities performed through your account
• Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

You may not share an account in a way that creates a security risk or allows unauthorized access.

3. Classroom and Student Use

Teachers and supervising adults should use the service in accordance with their school’s policies and applicable student-privacy requirements.

Do not ask students to enter full names, email addresses, addresses, school identification numbers, or other unnecessary personal information. Students should use nicknames when joining multiplayer games.

Student gameplay information may only be used to operate the educational activity and may not be used for advertising or unrelated commercial profiling.

4. Teacher-Created Content

Users may create and save questions, answers, titles, and other classroom content. You retain ownership of original content that you create.

By saving or sharing content through the website, you give Kids Classroom Games a limited permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as necessary to operate the requested features.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not violate copyright or other legal rights
• Does not contain unnecessary personal information
• Is appropriate for the intended classroom audience
• Does not contain harmful, abusive, or illegal material

5. Shared Resources

Some features allow users to share a board, game, or Bingo set using a link or code. Anyone with the link or code may be able to access the shared resource.

Do not include confidential information, student records, personal information, or content you do not have permission to share.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the website for illegal or harmful activity
• Attempt to bypass security or access another user’s data
• Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
• Interfere with the website’s operation
• Use automated systems to overload or scrape the service
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Use student information for advertising or profiling
• Resell website content or generated materials as standalone products

7. Classroom Materials

Unless otherwise stated, generated flashcards, Bingo cards, puzzles, and similar materials may be used and printed for personal, educational, and classroom use.

This permission does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or publish the website’s image library or generated materials as a competing commercial product.

8. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website design, software, branding, original images, and other materials supplied by Kids Classroom Games are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Except for the classroom-use permission described above, no ownership rights are transferred to users.

9. Free Beta Service

The website may be offered as a free beta while features are developed and tested. Features, limits, availability, and saved-data functionality may change.

We will take reasonable care when making changes, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always remain available or unchanged.

10. Third-Party Services

The website relies on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, databases, email delivery, security, and related infrastructure.

Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, or maintain the security and operation of the service.

Registered users may permanently delete their account and associated saved content through the My Account page. Users may also contact support@kidsclassroomgames.com for account-related assistance.

12. Service Disclaimer

Kids Classroom Games is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every activity will be suitable for every classroom.

Teachers and supervising adults remain responsible for reviewing activities and materials before using them with students.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kids Classroom Games will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the website changes. The effective date will be revised when material changes are made. Continued use after an update means that the updated Terms apply.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting any consumer protections that apply under the laws of a user’s location.
