Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 26, 2026
Kids Classroom Games provides classroom activities, printable teacher tools, and interactive games. This Privacy Policy explains what information we process, why we process it, and the choices available to users.
1. Information We Process
Registered teacher and adult accounts
When an adult creates an account, we may process:
- Email address and account identifier
- Account creation and login information
- Saved game boards, Bingo sets, and preferences
- Account type and access status
Multiplayer Bingo participants
Students do not need an account or email address to join a Bingo room. During a game, we temporarily process:
- The nickname entered by the participant
- An anonymous technical identifier
- Room membership and readiness status
- Bingo-card selections and marked squares
- Wins and related game timestamps
Participants should use a nickname and should not enter a full name or other personal information.
Technical information
Our hosting, database, security, and email providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP addresses, browser or device information, request timestamps, and security or error logs.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage user accounts

3. Children and Student Privacy
Kids Classroom Games is designed primarily for use by teachers and for teacher-led classroom activities. Students are not asked to create accounts or provide email addresses.
Multiplayer participants should use classroom nicknames rather than full names. Teachers should not ask students to enter personal information into game fields.
If we learn that a child has provided unnecessary personal information, a parent, guardian, or school may contact us to request its review or deletion.
4. Retention and Deletion
Temporary multiplayer Bingo data is designed to be automatically removed approximately 24 hours after a game session ends or expires.
Registered account information and saved teacher resources are retained while the account remains active or until deletion is requested, except where limited retention is necessary for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Infrastructure and security logs may remain for limited periods according to our service providers’ retention practices.
